Usage Note 9846: Problems with HCM when values of employee profile contain unbalanced
quotes
In Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HR Vision, HRV), if a user's
record in the security base table, typically Employee Master, contains
an apostrophe (or unbalanced quote), in any of the values of the
columns, then all of the security macro variables fail to build. If
that user is assigned a security subset that contains one or more of
those security macro variables, they will not be able to view any
tables.
