Problem Note 9758: Duplicate form assignment is issued
In SAS Financial Management Solutions, if you create a single form
assignment with the All Nodes check box unchecked, and then create the
data files (using the Create button) when attempting to save the form,
the following message is issued:
Duplicate form assignment.
Note that the 'saved' form is corrupt.
