Usage Note 9563: Incorrect link of child objective to parent objective in SPM
In SAS Strategic Performance Management (SPM), when setting up a link
between a Child Objective to its Parent Objective, the link that is
generated when the SPM environment is published is incorrect. You will
receive a "Page Not Found" browser error when attempting to access this
link in the Compass environment.
