Problem Note 9320: ERROR: Chapter does not exist
In SAS Financial Management Solutions, the following error may be
generated
ERROR: Chapter does not exist
when a chapter is added to a book and given a name, and then that
chapter is SAVED with a different name.
This only happens if the chapter is not saved before renaming it.
