Problem Note 8810: A dynamic rule converts to a static rule after being used as the target
audience for a communication
If you define a rule as dynamic in the SAS Campaign Management
Component, then schedule a communication to run with that rule as the
Target Audience, the rule switches to a static rule once the Scheduler
completes executing that task.
To circumvent the problem, you must manually change the rule back to
dynamic in the application and rerun the rule.
