Usage Note 8495: Garbage characters in tool tips for flags in SPM Compass within DBCS
environment
When using SAS Strategic Performance Management (SPM) 1.4 in a DBCS
environment, you may see garbage characters in the tool tip of a 'flag'.
This issue only appears in the published environment through the web
browser. You may see this when you hover the mouse pointer over the
image of the flag.
