Usage Note 8140: Objectives not linked to Parent Objectives do not display in View under

In Strategic Performance Management 1.4 (SPM), if you have a View under
Perspectives defined as:

Objectives Parent Objectives
Objectives Perspectives
Perspectives
where some of your Objectives are not linked to Parent Objectives, they
do not appear in the View. They should, in fact, appear.
To correct this problem, apply the hot fix available at:
http://www.sas.com/techsup/download/hotfix/spm14.html
