Problem Note 8809: Incorrect counts may be produced for dynamic Selection Rules
If you run a dynamic Selection Rule with count each criteria checked and
the rule contains an OR set as the last line then the count returned in
the last line may be incorrect. This problem only occurs if the
database supports the ConditionExpression config setting and this
setting is defined.
