Occasionally, the System Requirements wizard on the SAS Campaign
Management installation media may not successfully update the necessary
system files.  In some instances the following error message occurs:

  System update error
  The following system components could not be updated on your system:
  System components update for SAS Campaign Management cannot be
     installed until the minimum system requirements have been met
  SAS Campaign Management - system files

To circumvent this problem, perform the following steps:

  1.  copy the entire contents of the CD to a folder on the hard
      drive (for example, C:\CM\)
  2.  run C:\CM\SRW\sysfiles\setup.exe and "remove" system files
  3.  run C:\CM\SRW\setup.exe to manually execute the System
      Requirements Wizard to install the necessary system files.
  4.  run C:\CM\setup.exe to install Campaign Management.
