Problem Note 8136: Error occurs when attempting to save a campaign/communication on a PC
with German regional settings
If you create a campaign and communication in the SAS Campaign
Management component on a PC for which the regional setting is German,
when you attempt to save the campaign you will receive an error that
varies according to the underlying database. For example, if you are
running with an Oracle customer database, you might receive:
Error Number: 40060
Line Number: 0
Component: Campaign Management Component
Module: Communication
Procedure: SaveUsingCursor
Description: Incorrect type for parameter
If your customer data is in SAS data sets, the error may appear
slightly different:
Error Number: 40002
Line Number: 0
Component: Campaign Management Component
Module: CSMDefinition
Procedure: InsertUsingSQL
Description: S1000: [SAS][SAS ODBC Driver][SAS Server]ERROR: Invalid
date/time/datetime constant '03Mai2002:13:35'dt.
If you click repeatedly on the Ok button the campaign will eventually be
saved.
At this point, it is possible to successfully schedule the
communication, but when the Scheduler attempts to run it, the tasks
fail with the same messages in the NT Event log.
