Contact SAS Technical Support to obtain a .dll file called webman.dll. You need this file for Step 6, below.

- When the Welcome dialog box appears, open Windows Explorer.
- Navigate to the Temp space area on the machine. The default location is C:\Documents and Settings\USERID\Local Settings\Temp, where USERID is the user ID used to log on to the machine.
Note: This folder might be hidden. You might need to change the view for the folder by selecting Tools ► Folder Options.
- In that Temp folder is another folder named 49a8ce84-9bb1-11d4-882d-00c04f2c39b9}. Open this folder.
- Copy the webman.dll file that you obtained from SAS Technical Support into that folder. Make sure that the file is called webman.dll.
- Proceed with the installation as before. When proxy authentication is required, you should receive a dialog box that enables you to enter your credentials.
