By design, on the entity Authorization tab, you can set conditions for group authorization. If you set a condition using the OR modifier, the Save button does not become active, and you are unable to save the condition.

In addition, there is a section where you can add toolbar items on the Pages and Toolbars tab. You can set authorization conditions that make the toolbar items active or inactive. When you create a condition using OR, you can save the condition, but the condition is saved as AND.
