If a user signs out of SAS Studio, the Compute Session does not end immediately and instead stays active until sas.studio.abandonedSessionTimeout has completed.

This issue occurs only when the SAS Studio sas.studio.abandonedSessionTimeout property is set.

For example, you encounter this issue if you complete steps similar to the following:

1. Set the sas.studio.abandonedSessionTimeout property for one hour.
2. Sign out of SAS Studio.

The Compute Session continues until the sas.studio.abandonedSessionTimeout has expired, which in this example would be after the session has run for one hour.
