Problem Note 71125: SAS® Micro Analytic Service returns "The system has encountered an unhandled Exception...ABORT: SAS/TK is aborting..." if an Oracle server is down

An HTTP 500 error might occur when you make a REST API call against SAS Micro Analytic Service under these conditions:
- You configure an Oracle database for SAS Micro Analytic Service.
- The Oracle server is down.
In this scenario, the corresponding sas-microanalyticservice log contains errors similar to the following:
ERROR: The system has encountered an unhandled Exception.
: Please contact technical support and provide them
: with the following traceback and system dump information:
ABORT: SAS/TK is aborting
: Abort Log file [tk.reportlog.47310]
