Problem Note 71111: The "Return to Queue" button does not update the owner information of the case at the Solr level in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering
The case owner’s information might not update at the Solr level when you reroute a case to an available queue using the Return to Queue button.
Because the owner information of the case is not reset to blank at the Solr level, when you search for a case using the owner filter on the Search page, you still see the routed case.
