Problem Note 71076: The alert activity toolbar is not displayed when the zoom is 100%

When viewing alert activity, the toolbar on that page displays version, date, and rate productivity. However, when you zoom your browser screen size to 100% (or more), the toolbar information is not displayed. The toolbar is hidden behind other items on the screen.
