Installation Note 71068: SAS® 9.4M8 (TS1M8) encounters OpenSSL errors on RHEL 9.5

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.5 was released on November 12, 2024. This version of the operating system included updates to the version of OpenSSL installed with the operating system.
The new version, OpenSSL 3.2.2, results in errors when used with SAS 9.4M8 similar to the following:
