Problem Note 71032: Case, inquiry, and EDD Review no longer opens automatically after you create them in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering 8.3

When you create a case from the Alerts tab or from Alerts page in SAS Anti-Money Laundering, the case might not open automatically upon creation. The same behavior occurs when creating a new inquiry or creating a new Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) review.
There is no workaround for this issue.
