Wrong related page summary information might be displayed. This issue occurs when you open multiple alert pages (each containing a "Related Page" control) in quick succession from the alerts grid. As a result, the wrong related page summary might be displayed.  

On the Alert Detail page, you can view related customer information through the "Related Page" control. However, at times, the displayed information belongs to a different customer. Refreshing the page resolves the issue, and the correct customer details are displayed.

Although this issue occurs randomly, you are able to replicate the problem by completing steps similar to the following:  

1. Navigate to Alerts ► select a Customer Profile.  
2. Press the Shift key and click to select multiple alerts in the alerts grid.  
3. Right-click and select View Selected Alerts.  
4. Wait for all the tabs to fully load.  
5. Quickly switch between the opened alert tabs.  
6. The "Related Page" control displays a summary from one of the previously selected tabs instead of the correct one.
