Problem Note 71153: The scenario-fired event grid incorrectly clears selections when filtering or changing pages and “Select a single item to see its context..." occurs

The scenario-fired event grid does not properly clear selections when filtering or changing pages. As a result, the following issues occur:
- selections are not cleared
- grid does not remove selection results in the contributing object viewer
- contributed objects are not displayed
In addition, a Select a single item to see its context records message occurs. This issue occurs even when you select only one row without using the Shift or Ctrl keys.
