Problem Note 70996: Tabs indicate that a field is required when in View mode

When opening a page, you can have multiple tabs with content on each tab. If you have a required field on a tab and it is not filled in, an asterisk is displayed on the tab.
When in View mode, an asterisk might be incorrectly displayed on each tab that contains a required field.
