The Number Input Control in Page Builder does not properly display precision for the numeric type field in SAS Visual Investigator
When a page is in EDIT mode for an entity with a NUMERIC field that contains an undefined precision and scale and you add the entity to a page using a Number Input Control, the field input should be restricted as if it has a scale of 6.
When a page is in VIEW mode, the same NUMERIC field with undefined precision and scale should display the full numeric value, omitting any trailing zeros in the fractional part and omitting any fractional part if the value is a whole number.
The VIEW mode rounding should not occur in EDIT mode. Instead, the scale should default to 6.
