Problem Note 70988: Logs are missing the “owner_nm” value when configuration export fails
Configuration export fails if there is a configuration data integrity issue related to rule conditions. A usual cause for failure is a missing condition when looking up the related configuration using the owner_nm value.

With this fix, better information will be logged in the svi-datahub log so that you know which record is failing and its owner_nm value.
