Problem Note 70952: The prior report Document Control Number (DCN) is missing from the Report Validation XML and the generated E-File in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

The prior report DCN is available in the Regulatory Report Details section of a Customer Transaction Report (CTR) details page in SAS Anti-Money Laundering, as shown in the following screenshot:
However, when you click Validate, the prior report DCN is missing from the Report Validation XML and the generated E-File. If you file the E-File with FinCEN, and the E-File is missing the prior report DCN, the following error occurs:
This submission contains errors which need to be corrected once this submission has been acknowledged. Once acknowledged, you will be required to obtain the acknowledgement file from your 'View Inbox' and correct your submission based on the error contained in the acknowledgement file from FinCEN.
The context of the message from FinCEN is as follows:
- Code: B5
- Context: EFilingBatchXML/Activity[activity_number]/EFilingPriorDocumentNumber
- Severity: WARN
- Description: The element is not recorded and CorrectsAmendsPriorReportIndicator contains a "Y" value.
