Problem Note 70940: SAS® Business Data Network 3.4: A term type with a Single Line Text Entry attribute does not allow changing the default value from "0"
If you create a term type with a Single Line Text Entry attribute and define 0 as the default value, you cannot remove the default value of 0 using the SAS Business Data Network user interface.
The only workaround to change the default value is to export the term type as an XML file.
Here is an example entry that would need to be changed:
<attribute name="Value" value="0"/>
Here is the change that you would need to make:
<attribute name="Value" value=""/>
After you implement the manual change, import the XML file for the term type.
