Problem Note 70929: The XMLV2 engine does not read unformatted instream data correctly with SAS® 9.4 Maintenance 8

The XMLV2 engine does not read unstructured XML correctly when the XML is instream and used as a data source with a SAS stored process and BI web services. Instead of returning records as expected in the prior maintenance, zero records are returned. This issue was introduced with SAS® 9.4M8 (TS1M8) and will be addressed in a hot fix at this release.
There is no workaround for this issue.
