You need to install the SAS Anti-Money Laundering 8.3.9 patch and complete the additional post-installation steps listed below if you applied SAS^® Anti-Money Laundering 8.3.9, which was released in June 2024.

1. Deploy the SAS Anti-Money Laundering patch by following the instructions in Updating your SAS® Viya® Software.
2. After you deploy and configure the patch, import the SAS^® Visual Investigator configuration for SAS Anti-Money Laundering. Use the SAS Visual Investigator Administration interface to import the file with the configuration information for your database type.

• Oracle
  /opt/sas/viya/home/aml-core-configuration/amlCddCoreConfiguration108Oracle.zip
• SQL Server
  /opt/sas/viya/home/aml-core-configuration/amlCddCoreConfiguration108MSSQL.zip
• PostgreSQL
  /opt/sas/viya/home/aml-core-configuration/amlCddCoreConfiguration108.zip

3. Import the Customer Due Diligence file found in /opt/sas/viya/home/cust-due-diligence-configuration/custDueDiligenceConfiguration108.zip.
4. If you have configured SAS^® Anti-Money Laundering 7.1 Legacy Access, import the AML Legacy Configuration found in /opt/sas/viya/home/aml-core-configuration/amlLegacyConfiguration108.zip.
