Problem Note 70854: Performance improvements made on the Export and Import Feature Service in SAS® Visual Investigator

The Feature Service needed to reduce its interaction with the Identities Service because making one call per custom user group consumed large amounts of time during export. The amount of time taken for the calls to the Identities Service resulted in time-out errors. Users with large numbers of custom user groups experience this issue.
