Problem Note 70826: Alert history is not used as input in fcf_aml_seg_assign_unassigned and fcf_aml_seg_reassignment segmentation jobs in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

The SAS Anti-Money Laundering auto-segmentation jobs listed below do not use alert history as a factor for assigning or reassigning segments to customers.

  • fcf_aml_seg_assign_unassigned -  Used for assigning segments to customers who do not have a segment assigned.
  • fcf_aml_seg_reassignment - Used for reassigning all customers based on recent changes in behavior.

This issue might cause incorrect segment assignments because the fcf_aml_segmentation job creates the segments using the entire customer base in SAS Anti-Money Laundering CORE FSC_PARTY_DIM with alert history as a factor for deriving segments.
