Problem Note 70825: The SAS® Reference Data Manager web application might not start correctly after upgrading to SAS® 9.4M8 (TS1M8)

After you perform an upgrade-in-place from SAS® 9.4M7 (TS1M7) to SAS® 9.4M8, the SAS® Data Reference Manager web application might be in an unhealthy state, and the following error could occur in the server.log file for SASServer13:
