Problem Note 70797: Running SAS ® 9.4M7 (TS1M7) or SAS® 9.4M8 (TS1M8) with non-English European languages might result in an error

Using SAS 9.4M7 or SAS 9.4M8 with a non-English European locale might produce an error message similar to the following:
ERROR: UNABLE TO ACCESS MESSAGE 383.1445
The numbers in the error represent a specific message that cannot be found to write to the SAS log. English locales and Asian locales are not subject to this error.
