Problem Note 70796: You encounter the message, "ERROR 23-2: Invalid option name PERMISSION" in SAS® 9.4M7 (TS1M7)

When you use the SAS system option PERMISSION in SAS 9.4M7, the following error is written out in the SASLOG:
ERROR 23-2: Invalid option name PERMISSION.
However, using the PERMISSION= option is valid in a FILE statement.
