Problem Note 70766: The analytics-services2 and data-mining services do not start after upgrading from SAS® Viya® 3.4 to SAS® Viya 3.5®

After upgrading from SAS Viya 3.4 (19w43) to SAS Viya 3.5 (24w12), the following services do not start up:
- sas-viya-analytics-services2-default
- sas-viya-data-mining-default
