Problem Note 70761: Alert contributing items that contain a # in their ID value result in an underlying encoding error

When you edit or view alert details, a list of items that contribute to the alert occurs. If the item contains a # value in the ID, when you review the processing of the item, a 406 HTML encoding error is displayed.
