Problem Note 70740: The MILP solver in runOptmodel returns the wrong solution if it reaches the time limit

In the runOptmodel action, which is set using the MILP solver, the wrong solution can be returned if it reaches the time limit. You can identify this issue in the iteration log where the objective of the best integer solution found is not between the BestInteger and BestBound values.
There is no workaround for this issue.
