Problem Note 70737: Using DATATRANSFERMODE=PARALLEL with Teradata Secure Zones might result in a query against DBC.TABLESX
When loading data from a Teradata Secure Zone to SAS® Cloud Analytic Service (CAS) using DATATRANSFERMODE=PARALLEL, a background Teradata query against DBC.TABLESX might occur.
A user will not notice anything, but a Teradata Database Administrator might report that the user should not be running queries that use DBC.TABLESX.
The Teradata Query log might display the following query:
select count(*) from dbc.tablesx where databasename = 'SAS_SYSFNLIB' and tablename in ('SASEP_VERSION', 'SASTblOp');
There is no workaround for this issue.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
SAS generates background queries when running against Teradata. Some of those queries might be against DBC.TABLESX, which are known to cause performance concerns for busy Teradata appliances.
