Problem Note 70720: One of the tenants in a multi-tenant environment in the SAS® Viya® 3.5 sas-data-mining service remains in onboarding status

When you try to onboard the data-mining service in a multi-tenant environment, one tenant remains in the onboarding status. In this scenario, the following errors occur in the sas-data-mining*.log:
The sas-modelrepository*.log indicates that the DataMining Model repository cannot be created, which prevents the sas-data-mining service from onboarding the tenant.
