Problem Note 70710: Axis tick values might be misaligned in plots with a log axis

Axis tick marks might be misaligned with data values in a plot that was created with the SGPLOT or SGPANEL procedure or the Graph Template Language (GTL).
The problem occurs when both of the following is true:
- axis type is log
- log style is linear
To circumvent this issue, add the THRESHOLDMIN=1 and THRESHOLDMAX=1 options to the axis statement for the axis that displays this issue.
