Problem Note 70702: SAS® Web Report Studio reports opened from a link in SAS® Information Delivery Portal fail to open with "An error occurred"

If you applied a SAS® Web Report Studio 4.4_M7 hot fix between October 2023 and March 2024, you might not be able to link to a report from SAS Information Delivery Portal. When this problem occurs, the An error occurred message appears in the browser.

Note: If you still encounter this problem after applying the hot fix, contact SAS Technical Support.
This issue does not occur in SAS® 9.4M8 (TS1M8) because SAS Information Delivery Portal is not shipped with that SAS release.
