Usage Note 70674: SAS® Stored Processes with certain UTF-8 characters might fail with an error after applying hot fixes for SAS® Middle Tier and SAS® Management Console

SAS Stored Processes with certain UTF-8 characters in the name might fail with an error after you apply hot fixes for SAS® Middle Tier 9.4 and SAS Management Console on SAS® 9.4M7 (TS1M7) and SAS® 9.4M8 (TS1M8). This error occurs when the SAS Stored Processes name contains a Norwegian character (such as the Norwegian Ø). Trying to open the SAS Stored Processes from SASPortal and SASStoredProcess SAS Web Applications fails with the following error.
