Problem Note 70668: Data store INFO messages are removed from svi-indexer logging
By design, the indexing service (svi-indexer) gets data store information from the cache or from a configuration look up. The code logs several INFO messages that are not necessary.
Here is an example:
2023-08-02 15:02:18.638 INFO 496296 — [ dataIndexer9] c.s.svi.datastore.dao.RestDataStoreDao : sas.svi-indexer@@prod1 get(<redacted>): /svi-datahub/admin/dataStores?name=<redacted>->
2023-08-02 15:02:18.666 INFO 496296 — [ dataIndexer9] c.s.svi.datastore.dao.RestDataStoreDao : sas.svi-indexer@@prod1 get(<redacted>): /svi-datahub/admin/dataStores?name=<redacted><- DataStore[name=<redacted>,id=<redacted>,type=RELATIONAL,connectionType=<redacted>,host=<redacted>...
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note for a link to instructions about accessing and applying the software update.
With this fix, it will be easier to focus on relevant logging and the log size will be reduced.
