Problem Note 70659: The error "The value . . . does not specify a supported media type" occurs when viewing a scenario-fired event

When you view an alert, related scenario-fired events might be included. When you attempt to view a scenario-fired event, an error dialog box similar to the following might occur:
The value (application/vnd.sas.collection+json) for the request
header field \"Accept\" does not specify a supported media type.
This error occurs because the ID for the scenario-fired event contains a # character.
