From SAS Studio 5.2 (Enterprise), the Save button might be grayed out when you attempt to save a file to a SAS Content folder.

If a Web Application Firewall (WAF) is in place, that application might prevent SAS^® Studio from saving files. When this issue occurs, the HAR file displays the following when a save is attempted:

It is recommended to check the WAF logs if the following message occurs:

Then, clear the SAS Studio URL in the WAF.

Note: The hot fix does not change the WAF behavior but provides a mechanism to report a problem with the WAF to the user interface.
