Problem Note 70605: SAS® Anti-Money Laundering does not save the lock status of a page

When you open an entity in SAS Anti-Money Laundering and click the Lock button, a message appears that indicates that the entity is locked. If you navigate to a different page within the SAS Anti-Money Laundering user interface and come back to the entity page that you previously locked, you will find that the page is no longer locked and some of the changes that you made are lost.

This behavior also occurs in cases, reports, E-Files, and CDD Reviews.
