Problem Note 70604: You are unable to create a Customer Due Diligence (CDD) review in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

SAS® Anti-Money Laundering 7.2 does not generate and display a new Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Review page when you click the Create CDD Review button on the entity details page.
No error message is displayed in the user interface when this issue occurs.
