Creating or opening a SAS® Forecast Server project from Microsoft Excel fails with the following error:
No HPF Forecast Server is defined in the active metadata repository. Please contact your administrator.
The request failed with HTTP status 404.
In addition, viewing the SAS Forecast Server SOAP Service Status page (that is accessing https://host:port/SASForecastServerSoap/Status) fails with the following error:
HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error
