In the SAS^® Visual Investigator Investigation Interface, when searching with the Map view, the facet information might be incorrect. The following steps are known to cause the issue:

1. Navigate to the Search tab.
2. Switch to the Map view.
3. Draw two or more areas on the map using the search shapes. (Note: the bug does not appear to occur with only one shape.)
4. Enter search terms and search. The search terms must return a subset of the types that would be returned by a "*" search.
5. Apply a type filter in the Filter panel.

When completing these steps, the following results occur:

• The Filter panel displays the set of types that would be returned by a "*" search but not the specific search that you used.
• The results in the Map view are correct.

However, the expected result is as follows:

• The Filter panel displays the subset of types as in the initial search.
