Problem Note 70522: Remove old log4j 1.2 config files in SAS® Environment Manager

With the release of SAS® 9.4M8 (TS1M8), SAS Environment Manager uses log4j2. This hot fix removes older log4j 1.2 configuration files that are no longer used.
The log4j 1.2 configuration files that will be removed by this hot fix are as follows:
- <SASConf>/SASEnvironmentManager/server-5.8.0-EE/conf/log4j.xml
- <SASConf>/SASEnvironmentManager/server-5.8.0-EE/conf/server-log4j.xml
- <SASConf>/SASEnvironmentManager/server-5.8.0-EE/hq-engine/hq-server/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes/log4j.xml
- <SASConf>/SASEnvironmentManager/server-5.8.0-EE/hq-engine/hq-server/webapps/tomcatserverconfig/WEB-INF/classes/log4j.xml
- <SASConf>/SASEnvironmentManager/server-5.8.0-EE/hqapi-client-6.0.2/conf/log4j.properties
- <SASConf>/SASEnvironmentManager/server-5.8.0-EE/hq-engine/hq-server/lib/log4j.xml
