Problem Note 70517: A SAS® Cloud Analytic Services (CAS) table update function stops responding after you remove a CAS worker node
After successfully removing a worker node from CAS, a tableUpdate operation on a table that contained a block of data on the removed node stops responding. A tableDetails operation confirms that no blocks of data remain on the removed node, but CAS mistakenly believes that a block has not been remapped onto another node.
The CAS client might observe the following errors after not responding for an extended period (20+ minutes):
ERROR: The TCP/IP tcpSockRead support routine failed with error 104 (The connection was reset by a peer.).
ERROR: Failed to read peer data.
ERROR: The TCP/IP negClientSSL support routine failed with status 90bfc0e2.
ERROR: Failed to read peer data.
ERROR: Failed to connect to host 'cascontroller', port 5570.
ERROR: The action failed to execute
ERROR: Execution halted
ERROR: Connection failed. Server returned: : Service Unavailable
