Problem Note 70484: SAS® Studio 5.2 does not return an error or warning after you attempt to save a Read-Only file on the file server
When you attempt to save changes to a file with Read-Only permissions on the file server in SAS Studio 5.2, the asterisk that is next to the file name disappears, which makes it seem as if the file is saved with changes. No error messages or warnings appear to indicate that the file could not be saved with your changes. In this scenario, an error message that indicates insufficient authorization to complete this action should appear.
